Identity Theft: Penalty Enhancement Act

Basically what this law is saying is that if anyone try’s to steel or use other people’s identity without their permission there will be consequences. If they have aggravated the identity you will serve 2 years in prison for felony. If you uses this for more serious crimes or If this person knows what they’re doing and continues to do so they could serve up to 5 years in prison. There will be no exceptions. A court shall not place on probation any person convicted of a violation of this section. If your card has been stolen notify that company and file a report with the police.

My Hero

May 29, 1996 my hero was born, and from that day on my life was changed forever. I can’t imagine a life without MacKenzie Andrews, MacKenzie is the kind of person who never leaves your side. Thought the good and the bad times I can always count on her to be there to comfort me. I always have a great time when I'm with her. Some say were joined at the hip, others call us sisters. Either way we will always love each other. The great thing about us is we live right next to each other, which means we’re together 24/7.
