Identity Theft: Penalty Enhancement Act
Basically what this law is saying is that if anyone try’s to steel or use other people’s identity without their permission there will be consequences. If they have aggravated the identity you will serve 2 years in prison for felony. If you uses this for more serious crimes or If this person knows what they’re doing and continues to do so they could serve up to 5 years in prison. There will be no exceptions. A court shall not place on probation any person convicted of a violation of this section. If your card has been stolen notify that company and file a report with the police.
